Job Summary
The Material Handler is responsible for the end-to-end physical and system-based movement of goods. This role ensures seamless logistics operations—from receiving to shipping—while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and organizational culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute daily material handling operations including receiving, stocking, picking & kitting, and shipping.
- Work with the team to improve current system, functions, and daily operations to more effectively meet goals
- Maintain system critical data elements
- Perform materials analysis and maintains records as required in support of cycle counting and reconciliation activities to maintain high inventory accuracy
- Read work orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved
- Load and unload materials onto or from trays, racks, and shelves by hand
- Convey materials to or from storage or worksites to designated areas to include the manufacturing floor by use of carts, bins, or other device.
- Count, weigh, and record materials moved or handled in an ERP system
- Maintain full material traceability, labeling, and documentation to support audits, customer requirements, and regulatory standards
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Job Responsibilities Part II
- Work under general supervision on duties and tasks that reflect substantial variety and complexity
- Proven work experience in warehouse operations or material handling in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years experience

The salary range for this position is $18.73/hour-$26.80/hour. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
