Job Summary
Assist the supplier quality department in assessing measures of supplier performance, compliance and general support of supplier quality management systems and processes. Collect, analyze, and report data to assist supplier quality engineers and supplier quality management in assessing internal and external measures of supplier quality performance and compliance. Option to work remote is available for this position.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and interpret trends, patterns, or discrepancies in complex data sets from multiple systems.
- Assist Supplier Quality Engineers with data mining, reporting and analysis as needed.
- Support the department manager in the consolidation, creation and development of various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations.
- Reviews, analyzes, and reports on supplier defect escape data.
- Supports the development, generation and publishing of supplier performance scorecards, supplier quality metrics and key performance indicators.
- Facilitate the administration, reporting and tracking of supplier corrective actions and associated metrics.
- Support the maintenance and development of approved supplier lists and associated records, audit schedules and risk assessments.
- Support supplier quality systems and database maintenance and administrative updates as required.
- Assist supplier quality engineers and management in the creation and development of program specific Supplier Quality Engineering BOE’s (Basis of Estimate) for new contracts.
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the department share point site and related data bases and file repositories

- Evaluate effectiveness of supplier quality processes and procedures and integrity of data collection systems.
- Support the administration and development of the Supplier Quality Management System.
- Perform evaluations and audits of internal controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to compliance with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum requirements: associates degree or higher in a technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of quality/supplier quality analyst or related experience in analytical and administrative support functions in a regulated manufacturing environment and/or supply chain quality environment.
- General knowledge of quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information into actionable formats.
- Ability to create effective data visualizations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Four year degree
- Training and experience utilizing six sigma and related statistical analysis techniques
- Experience creating or developing key performance indicators
