- Provide accurate input into project budgets, estimates, and schedules for assigned efforts.
- Participate in proposal development, particularly for complex or strategic efforts.
- Serve as the technical lead interfacing with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and customers.
- Drive resolution of roadblocks and make informed decisions in areas of ambiguity or conflict.
- Support team development by mentoring and coaching junior engineers.
- Represent engineering in customer and internal reviews, and lead or actively contribute to Integrated Product Team (IPT) and technical working meetings to drive cross functional alignment and progress.
- Promote and uphold the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of project and organizational success.

Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
- Experience in proposal development and working with customer requirements/specifications.
- Familiarity with lab-based testing environments (e.g., EMI, shock/vibe, thermal).
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
