Job Summary
Program Administrator that will direct the pursuit, tracking and development of follow-on business opportunities to our current customer base to ensure that follow-on awards are received without disruption to customer needs and business operations. This position will interact with Program Managers across all Land Electronics campaigns that are responsible for portfolios of current contracts and products to coordinate follow-on business opportunities. This position will develop a standard reporting structure to provide periodic status to functional and senior leadership
Job Responsibilities
• In conjunction with Program Managers of record, identify all opportunities for follow-on business with current customers and current product suites
• Coordinate with Business Development personnel to develop consistent messaging for new customers and/or new product offerings
• Develop/revise procedures, forms, and templates to streamline the documentation of these opportunities
• Develop and conduct periodic presentation of opportunities to business leadership
• Lead teams responsible for developing technical and financial strategies for follow-on business opportunities
• Comprehend contract language, statements of work, and CDRL deliverables
• Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
Qualifications
• Engineering or business degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
• Required experience in business management to include program management office, finance, contracts, and procurement
• Knowledge of program management tools and procedures
• Solid leadership, communication, and management skills
• Exposure to finance, contracting, export regulations, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain management
• Program Management certification preferred (i.e., PMP or DAU level 3) or willingness to pursue certification
• Experience with Engineering Services contracts is a plus
• DOD related experience preferred
