Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Career development and networking support from a host of corporate leaders, business stakeholders and a dedicated material program manager
  • Participate in meetings (Not limited to the following). IPT level meetings, Program Reviews, EAC/ETC Financial meetings, Material Shortage meetings
  • Assist in identifying and resolving material issues
  • Assist with a variety of projects as related to Material Program Management 
  • Perform a variety of routine activities in support of functional areas 
  • Compile, review and analyze data
  • Use required software for functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs and correspondence
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a 4 years degree program or 2 years Masters program preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Financial Accounting or Operations Management 
  • Enrolled as either a Junior or Senior with at least a 3.0 or higher GPA at the time of application
  • Must be able to support a 40 hours work week onsite
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
