Job Summary
This opportunity is based fully onsite in our Networking and Computing Center of Excellance, located in Johnstown, PA.
Perform administrative activities from various areas within the Human Resources department such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and resolving employee problems and questions
- May assist with updating and maintaining the HRIS systems
- Assist with responding to outside queries from vendors and companies under the direction of HR management
- Organize and support employee relation activities and programs
- Gather, collect, record, track, verify, and analyze data and information from multiple sources
- Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
- May design processes to enhance work flow
- Provide data and information to others on HR processes and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed
- The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
- Knowledge of office procedures and good writing and verbal skills
