Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programs Analyst to join our Program Management team and play a central role in planning, coordinating, and executing complex programs. In this role, you will turn contractual requirements into actionable program plans, integrated schedules, and budgets—helping ensure teams, suppliers, and customers remain aligned from proposal through delivery. What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets that support contractual requirements for multiple and/or large, complex programs.
- Establish detailed program plans and perform in-depth research to define requirements, milestones, dependencies, and execution priorities.
- Lead major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned on commitments and timing.
- Partner with program leadership, functional teams, suppliers, and customers to evaluate schedule changes and identify the most effective path forward.
- Coordinate program budgets and support financial planning activities across the program lifecycle.
- Support proposal development by identifying practical methods and execution approaches that meet Statement of Work requirements.
- Participate in vendor evaluations and support supplier-related planning activities.
- Provide work leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other team members.
- Champion DRS RADA’s mission, values, culture, and commitment to delivering for our customers.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with technical training and at least 8 years of directly related experience; an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing program plans, integrated schedules, and budgets for complex programs.
- Strong ability to analyze program requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and translate them into practical execution plans.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, management, and customers.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Sound judgment, strong decision-making skills, and a customer-focused approach to program execution.
- Proven ability to build trust, lead through influence, and support the development of others.
The salary range for this position is $107,089 - $150,000. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
