Job Summary

The Supply Chain Coordinator will perform a variety of shipping and receiving activities to manage all inbound and outbound materials. Prepare materials for shipment in accordance with established shipping policies and procedures. Verify incoming materials against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with supplier shipments. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive material from suppliers, load/unload trucks and deliver to appropriate department/locations
  • Review and verify that items for shipment are consistent with orders placed; confirm quantities, destination, and method of delivery
  • Document all errors related to orders that are shipped and received
  • Responsible for sorting, counting, packaging, unpacking inventory that is shipped or received
  • Pick and pack work order materials to build kits for the production floor
  • Manually enter data into a computer system (Deltek) for tracking, logging and verifying
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks related to shipments and incoming materials (i.e., make copies, file records, label inventory)
  • Assist in storage and organization of material

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of stockroom of applicable experience 
     

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
