Job Summary

We are seeking a Temporary Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. The hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm following a 9/80 schedule. This is a temporary role through the remainder of 2024. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct to appropriate destination
  • Maintain visitor sign in-log and may update visitor board   
  • Answer incoming telephone call, determine nature of business, and direct call to proper destination
  • Distribute mail both inbound and outbound in a timely manner
  • Maintain office inventory supplies
  • May manage scheduling of conference rooms and arranging for other meeting support requirements as needed
  • Issue office passes and update security system
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
  • Coordinate with other Administrative Assistants in the office
  • Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Understanding of standard office procedures and practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • High level of professionalism and courtesy
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Works well with others and can multitask 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software and tools 
  • Great attention to detail 
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
