Job Summary
Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a program or several portions of a very large program.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a program or several portions of a very large program
- Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
- Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules
- Assist in developing new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
- Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate
- Assist with proposals efforts
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and related technical training with 3+ years directly related experience in a Manufacturing environment (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)
- Experience with Industrial Engineering concepts, LEAN and/or SIX SIGMA proficiency, experience. DFM a Plus.
- Knowledge and familiarity with standards (ISO, AS, etc)
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, communication and writing skills
- Candidates must be a US citizen and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
