Job Summary

Responsible for the daily execution of specific tasks or projects within moderately large and complex programs to support Integrated Supply Chain in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

Sourcing for the following component categories:

  • Electronics(CCAs, Harnesses, small assembly)
  • Machined Parts (Weldments, machining, outside processes)


Experience with:

  • Key customer contracts (i.e. BPMI, Honeywell and Naval suppliers)
  • Outsourcing of components (i.e. wire harness assemblies, cable and small assembly)
  • Alternate sourcing strategies (exit, grow, maintain) in conjunction with the ISC steering committee
  • Long term agreement negotiations, relationship building with critical suppliers
  • Large Bid negotiation andcapture plan support
  • Value Analysis investigations
  • Supplier Production Readiness Reviews, and front-end supplier development
  • On Time Delivery (OTD) Performance Management
  • Collaboration with engineering on developmentvement projects
  • EAC material variance mitigation
  • Line of Balance management for critical deliveries

  • Bachelor’s degree with technical training and 5+ years functional or program management experience (or equivalent related education and experience)
