Advantages of Our Company

  • Onboarding - Our team promotes weekly focused training sessions, either one-on-one or within a team setting.  Sessions are both critical and beneficial to the growth & development of entry level Engineers.
  • Buddy System - Our company promotes a program, which pairs a more senior team member with a new hire.  This helps promote a smooth transition into the work environment and provides initial guidance with basic company tools.
  • Open Door Policy - Our team encourages entry level Engineers to not be shy in asking questions or asking for assistance with their supporting projects and tasks.
  • Presentation Skills - Our team encourages opportunities to present their work to audience members within their team or within multidisciplinary engineering teams.  These opportunities will allow the successful candidate to demonstrate their contributions and understanding of their projects.
  • 9/80 Work Schedule - Our company offers a 9/80 work schedule, which gives the successful candidate an opportunity to have every other Friday off; this is equivalent to 26 extra PTO (paid time off) days each year, in addition to your standard PTO.  We encourage our team members to utilize this benefit as much as possible.  There will be times when off-shift support is required; however, our team works well to share these work loads.
  • Leave Benefits - In addition to Vacation Leave, our company also offers both Sick & Volunteer Leave.  These options can be utilized for general illness (for oneself), caring for a family member or medical appointments, as well as supporting employees who give back to their community.
  • Remote Work - Our team offers limited remote flexibility options, similar to a hybrid work schedule.  Primary focus will be working with the successful candidate on a one-on-one basis (in person), but opportunities may be available for limited remote work, based on specific task requirements.
