Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for specific technical activity and completion of assigned tasks on time and budget related to the facility including design, construction, and maintenance projects
  • Use computer-aided engineering (AutoCAD) or other design/analysis software in the performance of assignments 
  • Manage and drive projects of small to medium size and complexity
  • Regular reporting of progress and status
  • Complete of assigned task on time and meeting technical requirements
  • Review customer specifications and requirements, and under direction, develop designs to best support them, including cost, schedule, and quality as key design variables
  • Provide budget, cost and schedule input for assignments
  • Troubleshoot Facility equipment
  • Communicate clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as required
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
  • Attend appropriate engineering, customer or business meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD clearance which requires US Citizenship.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities management/engineering
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project experience needed
  • Experience managing and driving projects against company KPIs
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or Clean Room Support Systems (such as Gas and Electrical systems)

***U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.***
