Job Summary

Our AIS team is seeking a Master Scheduler to support multiple development programs.  This position may be performed remotely near any of the following locations: Beavercreek, OH (preferred), Fort Walton Beach, FL, Germantown, MD, or Palm Bay, FL.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for multiple and/or large complex programs across multiple locations
  • Performs root cause analysis and develops corrective actions
  • Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
  • Lead major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules
  • Consult with management and customers on modifications for optimum schedules
  • Coordinate budgets across the program
  • Participate in vendor evaluation
  • Provide expertise on proposals to identify most appropriate methods to meet project requirements outlined in the Statement of Work
  • Assist with proposals efforts
  • Provide work leadership for lower level employees
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and related technical training with at least 8 years directly related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)
  • Experience with scheduling multiple programs simultaneously
  • Proficiency with MS Project
  • Experience with development programs preferred
  • Experience with proposals preferred
  • Experience with EVM and EV tools (such as forProject) preferred
  • Current clearance or ability to obtain a clearance preferred
  • *This position has the option of being either fully remote, fully onsite, or partly remote (onsite Tues-Thurs) based on preference.  Candidate must live within commuting distance of one of the following offices regardless of choice: Beavercreek, OH, Fort Walton Beach, FL, Germantown, MD, or Palm Bay, FL.
