Job Summary

Paid internship opportunity for Spring 2022!  We're looking for an eager, hardworking, Electrical Engineering student with at least 1 year of college complete.  This opportunity is located in our Beavercreek, Ohio location in the new Mission Point office complex.  This position may be 20-40 hours/week depending on student needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices
  • Tasks could include HDL coding for FPGAs, drawings for schematics, and PCB layouts
  • Conduct bench testing in the lab to gather and assemble data for engineers
  • Complete assigned tasks on time
  • May be required to help in research specific technology areas for ongoing projects
  • Assist engineers with appropriate design analysis and/or calculations 
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Current Electrical Engineering student in accredited undergraduate program with at least 1 year complete (Sophomore-Senior)
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Must be diligent, hardworking, and quick to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Able to work 20-40 hours week onsite in our Dayton office (schedule flexible within core hours based on manager approval) over the Spring semester (approx. Jan-May)
  • For compliance with Executive Order 14042 candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
