Job Summary

We are seeking a SharePoint Online Administrator with Power Platform expertise who is excited to help teams work smarter and more efficiently. In this role, you will support and optimize our Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, provide responsive site and user support, manage governance and tenant administration, and design PowerApps and Power Automate solutions that streamline business processes. Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary contact for SharePoint and EVMS support, handling site provisioning, permissions, user issues, and coordinating with partners to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
  • Administer and maintain the SharePoint Online environment, including tenant settings, governance standards, security groups, system updates, and content migration activities.
  • Design and implement Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes, partnering with stakeholders from requirements through deployment to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience or relevant certifications considered.
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms and performing business systems analysis.
  • Strong SharePoint Online administration skills, including site architecture, permissions, governance, and content management.
  • Hands-on experience building and supporting solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate (apps, workflows, connectors, testing, and troubleshooting).
  • Working knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting/reporting and basic PowerShell for SharePoint Online administration.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server fundamentals and scheduled task management to support integrations.
  • Ability to create clear, visually engaging SharePoint Modern content aligned with branding and governance standards.
  • Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and a continuous learning mindset, particularly around emerging technologies and AI tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience with migration tools (e.g., AvePoint Fly), Project Server, or broader Microsoft 365 administration (Azure AD, Exchange Online).
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365.
