Job Summary
Perform professional administrative work of an introductory nature for our Naval Electronics Contracts/Compliance team in preparation for career advancement.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform entry-level professional administrative staff duties in support of the Contracts/Compliance functional area, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility
- Project a professional company image through all interactions
- Draft documents and electronic information
- Prepare routine reports with guidance
- Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications
- May Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and project team activities
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Currently enrolled in an institution for higher learning pursuing a relatable degree
- Ability to communicate successfully
- Ability to efficiently utilize standard office software and computer equipment
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
